Policy and Procedures

To provide the best service to you, AM/PM Professional Pet Service & Errand Company adheres to a strict “no overbooking” policy. Therefore, once you have contracted our service we will turn away business in order to accommodate your needs and schedule.

  • Please make your reservations at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance.
  • Ideally first time clients should plan five to seven days prior to the service date needed.
  • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are adjusted as a credit towards the next period’s payment.


Billing

We offer monthly or weekly billing options. Paw Club membership allows you to prepay your pet service at a lower rate and gives you priority service dates. Paw Club members do not pay any additional Holiday Rates. Non Paw Club clients are charged the standard rates and payment is accepted upfront. Your service is NOT guaranteed until payment is received.

Payments

Currently we accept cash or checks (business or personal). Please note that there will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Cancellations & Early Returns

  • If you should need to cancel your scheduled service we require 8 business days to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 2 – 7 days will receive and 80% refund. Refund can be credited to future bookings.
  • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are adjusted as a credit towards the next period’s payment. No refund.
  • If you should return early a credit will be placed on your account for future services.

HOLIDAYS


Holiday booking will require 50% deposit upon reservation. Cancellation policies are strictly enforced during this time. Priority is given to clients participating in the Paw Club.
  • We require a 2-week cancellation notice for pet sitting during holidays to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7-days to your booking date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 3-days before your booking date are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
  • Because we turn away business to accommodate bookings any last minute cancellations will not receive a refund.

We observe the following Holiday schedule:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
